Frequently Asked Questions
What if we need to cancel for bad weather?
We understand Louisiana weather can be unpredictable. When you book a rental, that unit is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for others. While some customers are more comfortable with light rain than others, safety and fairness guide our weather policy.
Customer-Initiated Weather Cancellations
Before delivery is en route:
- If you cancel due to weather before our delivery team is en route, you will receive a rain check credit valid for 1 calendar year.
While delivery is en route or upon arrival:
- If you cancel due to weather after our delivery team is en route or has arrived, any advance payment will be refunded, however the $50 deposit is non-refundable and not eligible for a rain check.
After setup or during the event:
- If you cancel after the unit has been delivered, set up, or during the event, no refund or credit will be issued, including the deposit. At this point, our operating costs have already been incurred.
Company-Initiated Weather Cancellations
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to:
- Hurricanes or tropical systems
- Strong or dangerous winds
- Heavy or sustained thunderstorms
If we cancel your rental due to unsafe weather, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit and any advance payments or a raincheck at the customers request.

What if we need to cancel?
We will apply your deposit to your next event within a one year period.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Absolutely, we are a full-service event rental company. Please contact us if you are not within our immediate service area for a quote. Minimum orders may apply to cities outside our service area.
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. We will contact you the day before your rental to schedule drop off and pick up times
We have rented some really dirty equipment from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. All event rental equipment should be clean when you get it. LET’S BOUNCE LLC Inflatables cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Do we have to keep inflatables plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the equipment the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.

Can I allow food, beverages, water or toys inside of an inflatable?
No. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality, cleanest products. Food and beverages compromise cleanliness, and are therefore, not allowed. Toys in the inflatable may cause damage. Specifically, silly string is caustic to the surface of the inflatable and is prohibited.
Is delivery and set up included in the price?
Delivery, set-up and pick-up is free.
If my party is only for a few hours will it be cheaper?
No, unfortunately our expenses are the same to setup and take-down the unit regardless of party length.
How far in advance should I book my party rental?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and popular seasons. Holiday rentals and summer water slides book fastest, so early booking ensures availability for your preferred equipment.
Can I change my rental date after booking?
Date changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. We work with customers when possible to reschedule, but deposits and policies apply based on timing of the change request.
Do you deliver to parks? Do they have electricity?
Yes, we are fully insured to deliver and set up at all city and county parks. It is the customer's responsibility to reserve the pavilion and to let us know on booking if there is any paperwork the park requires. Most times we are already on file. Rarely, certain parks need additional information or special wording which will require a few days' notice for us to talk to our insurance company.It is the customers' responsibility to ask the park if the pavilion will have enough power and make sure it has a proper water source. What safety rules should guests follow?
Key safety rules include: no shoes or sharp objects, one person on slides at a time, no roughhousing, proper entry/exit procedures, and immediate reporting of any equipment concerns. We provide comprehensive safety briefings with every rental.
